Currently no Vat is charged.
Prices are charged in GBP.
We aim to achieve dispatch next day but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you are not available for receipt of your delivery you will be able to collect from your nearest sorting office – this applies to the U.K. Postage abroad will require a signature on receipt. In the event of non-delivery a replacement or full refund including postage will be offered. We will recycle packaging where possible.
Delivery on all orders is £4.50 excluding cards which vary between £1.00 - £150 depending on quantities.

If you make an order we cannot fulfill we will reimburse you immediately.
For unwanted items please give us written notification of intent to return an item within 7 days of receipt and make the return within 14 day, to the address below or you can email email@example.com. We will reimburse you within 30 days on receipt of goods on condition of them being in original packaging in a sellable condition. Unfortunately the return postage charge is not refundable. In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund including postage as soon as possible. We recommend you use registered post.
If you decide to cancel please contact us as soon as possible by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01550721135. If we hear from you before we have made the dispatch we will endeavor to reimburse you immediately. If however the parcel has left us you should return it unopened and as instructed above. We will reimburse you minus postage on receipt.

You don’t have to give a reason for returns but it would be helpful to us if you would do so. Please ensure that goods are adequately packed using original packing. Please also use registered delivery and keep the receipt.

DESCRIPTIONS AND CARE
We describe all our goods including jewelery as accurately as possible. All sizes given are approximate.
Handle jewellery with care and keep away from sea water, perfume, detergents, bactericides and chemicals. Silver and silver plate should be kept in a closed and preferably air-tight container when stored. Clean by soaking in warm soapy water for ten minutes before gently drying with a soft cloth. The Native American jewellery is from Navaho and Zuni creators and sometimes has reconstituted turquoise and tiny acrylic beads. The Celtic pewter jewelery is nickel free.
Fair Trade goods may vary in colour and have small imperfections typical of hand crafted goods.
